AYAN 2.0 Version(2025): Today we talk about one of the successful marketers of the decade Mr Ayan Datta. A man from small town Hindmotor,west Bengal to financial capital New York.
His initial career starts from an IT company Tech mahindra.Later he joined one of the Dubai based retail company as a consumer loyalty program executive,there he went through several transformations. His career started to peak when he decided to ADOPT the career as Digital Marketer. A marketing profession which is 80% marketing 20% digital. Currently he is Marketing Head of a multinational marketing company. A man with a vision to make all the Marketing campaign of leading Multinational companies(MNC).In our interview,he tells us that he is a firm believer of this quote
“Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.”
Like his professional life he is very discipline in his personal life.He believe that discipline applies not only in profession but all aspects of life. According to him “Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.” He believes that he got the strength & motivation from his family. His family lives with him at Newyork from 2023.When it comes to energy & motivation it obviously come Yoga & meditation. He wakes up at 6:30am and does yoga without fail.
After living in New york for so many years, he never leaves his Bengali culture & roots. Every year during Durga puja he comes to Kolkata,India. Durga Puja is a Hindu celebration of the Mother Goddess and the victory of the revered warrior Goddess Durga over the evil buffalo demon Mahishasura. The festival honors the powerful female force (shakti) in the Universe. This is the time for family & friends reunion according to him.
Apart from marketing skills, he is very much good at photography. Every year he visits various countries. According to him, the sea beach attracts him like a magnet. His top 3 beach destinations: BoracayWhite Beach, Philippines, Miami sea Beach USA, Whitehaven Beach, Queensland, Australia.
The journey of this man with dreams big started from an Career up-gradation to Digital marketing. “Opportunities don’t happen. You create them. This is the path of his success.
